Our goal is to achieve the best possible results for our clients. Referral fees and fee-sharing arrangements are provided in accordance with applicable rules of professional conduct, usually at no additional cost to the client.

FINRA requires all out-of-state attorneys to associate with a California licensed attorney in light of the decision in Birbrower, Montalbano, Condon & Frank v. Superior Court, 17 Cal. 4th 119 (1998), which holds that non-California attorneys appearing in California arbitration proceedings may be engaging in the unauthorized practice of law in violation of Calif. Business & Professions Code §6125.
