Brett Alan Alcala

Brett Alcala is an experienced securities attorney. He leads a team of experts and analysts with extensive backgrounds in the securities industry. Mr. Alcala is both an attorney and a registered investment advisor. Mr. Alcala's practice is currently limited to securities regulation and litigation involving stockbrokers and investment advisors.
In addition, Brett Alcala is an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco School of Law and a member of the Board of Advisors to the USF Law School's "Investor Justice Project."
Brett Alcala received his law degree from Santa Clara University. While attending law school he was an editor of the Santa Clara Computer and High-Technology Law Journal. Mr. Alcala has served as an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), now called the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). He is currently a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association and the Public Investor Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA).
